1. Try to obtain the following in formation from the caller (the object is to keep the person talking while you calmly note voice characteristics and other valuable information):

• Exact location of the device
• Time set up for detonation
• Description of the device
• Reason for the threat.
• Exact words used by the subject.
• Exact time of the call.
